Return Policy

We have a 15 day return policy. This means customers may return shop items within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. We do not accept returns after 15 days of the delivery date.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, all original packing materials must be included, and merchandise must be in new condition. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at lesslie@recochavibes.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how to proceed with return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Dance Class Package subscriptions are not eligible for refund.
