About the event
Hi everyone! My name is Catarina. I am so excited to be teaching an RV Choreo class! I have been dancing my whole life, but more than that dancing is a huge part of my culture. Like Maria Paula, I am Colombian (en Barranquilla me quedo). I am also half Portuguese! I love how Maria Paula teaches women to embrace their body and I aim to do that as well. EveryBODY deserves a healthy, loving relationship with their body! I have found that intuitive movement can be so therapeutic, especially for those who may have struggles with their body, so I hope to not only teach a fun and cutesy choreo class, but to also have you all take away some beautiful mental health benefits as I have in Maria Paula’s classes. I really look forward to seeing you all there!
The class is livestreamed for our private community and will not be shared publicly. At the end of class we record the learned choreo, your participation is welcome and completely optional.
