Confidence Through Movement
This ticket includes access to our Confidence Throught Movement class. You will receive access to a warm up led by @HayleyKFitness and intention setting led by Maria Paula @recochavibes. Maria Paula @recochavibes and @vanilla_spicee will be leading a choreo, followed by a grateful cool down led by Maria Paula @recochavibes. You will also recieve access to participate in raffles as well as a drop box link post class to all videos recorded by videographer.
